BAFTA-winning actor training ground The Television Workshop unleashes a new take on Shakespeare’s infamous thriller of madness and murder.
Bringing the story into a modern mafia setting, we find Macbeth driven to success by the Witches’ supernatural prophesy… his sights set on becoming king of the underground criminal operation he serves. Will the cunning and ambition of his wife, Lady Macbeth, be enough to hold on to power? And will they ever wash the blood clean from their hands?
A rare opportunity to witness some of the very best young actors in the country in action, currently training with Nottingham’s world-renowned Television Workshop.
